This policy explains how ARFL REALTY FIRST ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data through aspirz-danubeproperties.com (the "website"). Independent project information and enquiry website operated by ARFL REALTY FIRST. This is not the official website of Danube Properties.

1. Who is responsible

The website is operated by ARFL REALTY FIRST, an independent real estate advisor. For any privacy question or request, email info@arfl.in. This address is also our grievance contact.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry details you give us: name, mobile number and country code, email (optional), the unit or office you are interested in, budget range, country of residence, enquiry type and any message.
• Consent records: the date and time you gave consent, the wording you agreed to, and whether you opted in to wider marketing.
• Attribution data: the page you enquired from, the page you first landed on, referrer, and campaign tags such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs (gclid, fbclid).
• Technical data: a shortened, hashed form of your IP address for spam and abuse prevention, and browser details.
• Cookies and similar tools: only with your consent, see section 7.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, and to share project information you asked for.
• To arrange presentations or visits, and to pass your details to the developer where needed to reserve a unit, only when you ask us to proceed.
• To prevent spam and misuse of our forms.
• To measure which pages and ads lead to enquiries, where you have allowed analytics or marketing cookies.
• To send you news on other projects, only if you ticked the optional marketing box.

Our legal basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting this website. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.

4. Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries: website hosting and email (Hostinger), email inbox (Google), and, with your consent, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Clarity.
• The developer, Danube Properties, or its agents, only when needed to progress your enquiry or booking.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

We work with buyers in India, the UAE and other countries. Your data may be processed in India, the UAE and in countries where our service providers operate. We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect your data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep them longer. Security logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the website and enquiry forms working and secure. With your permission, we also use:

• Analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used.
• Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) to measure enquiries from our ads and show relevant ads.

You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. Where Google tools are enabled, we use Google Consent Mode, so Google cookies are not set unless you accept them.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law, and the UK and EU GDPR, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, object to processing, or raise a complaint. Email info@arfl.in. We may need to confirm your identity first.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, server-side validation, anti-spam controls and restricted access to enquiry data. No system is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
