ASPIRZ is Danube Properties' mixed-use tower in Dubai Sports City. It brings fully furnished convertible apartments and commercial offices under one address.
Danube positions ASPIRZ as a hotel-style residence with services such as a concierge, bell boy, reception and a shuttle to the metro, plus more than 40 lifestyle amenities. Residents and office users have their own entrances and lift lobbies, so daily life and business stay separate.
The brochure calls ASPIRZ the tallest tower in Dubai Sports City. Offices occupy floors 2 to 15 and hotel apartments floors 17 to 40.

What is the starting price of ASPIRZ?
The developer's project page lists a starting price of AED 879,000. The same page's FAQ also mentions AED 850,000 for Studio Flex and standard office units. Because these figures differ, please treat them as indicative and ask us for the current price list confirmed by the developer.
What is the ASPIRZ payment plan?
Danube promotes a 1% monthly payment plan for ASPIRZ and its project page also shows a 30/70 label. The brochure mentions 30 months post-handover for offices. The exact schedule (down payment, construction instalments, handover and post-handover) is subject to developer confirmation, so we share the official plan with you before you book.
When is the ASPIRZ handover?
The developer states expected completion in Q4 2028. Construction timelines can change, so please confirm the date in your Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Are the apartments furnished?
The brochure describes fully furnished convertible apartments in three colour themes (Casa Blanco, Blue Haven, Amber Haven), with in-room utilities such as a microwave, oven, built-in fridge, toaster and coffee maker. The floor-plan note says furniture is provided only as specified in the Sale and Purchase Agreement, so confirm the inclusions in your SPA.
Can I buy ASPIRZ from India or another country?
