ASPIRZ by Danube is a mixed-use tower by Danube Properties in the heart of Dubai Sports City, two minutes from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Danube's brochure describes it as the tallest tower in Dubai Sports City, with "Live here, work here" premium homes and offices under one address.
Commercial offices occupy the 2nd to 15th floors. Premium hotel apartments occupy the 17th to 40th floors, in studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom layouts, most of them convertible Flex and Flex Plus designs.
Residents and office users have separate, dedicated entrances and lift lobbies. A shuttle to the nearest metro stations is included in the service charge, and residents have access to all project amenities.
