ASPIRZ investment in Dubai: what to weigh

Many buyers look at Dubai Sports City investment property for its road links and established community, and Danube property investment for Indians is common because of the 1% monthly payment plan. Before you commit, compare the total cost (price, DLD fees, service charges), the payment schedule, your currency risk and your exit plan. We do not promise returns, rental yields or price growth.

For resident Indians

  • Overseas property purchases are made under the RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS), which has an annual limit per person
  • Tax Collected at Source (TCS) may apply on remittances above the threshold
  • Foreign assets must be reported in your Indian income tax return

Rules change. Please confirm current limits and tax treatment with your bank and chartered accountant before you remit.

For NRIs and other buyers

  • Pay from your overseas account by bank transfer
  • Check tax rules in your country of residence
  • Plan for Dubai Land Department fees and service charges

UAE residence or Golden Visa eligibility depends on UAE rules at the time, property value, ownership and completion status. We do not promise eligibility.
